Elana Adler: Disentangle
June 14 - July 14, 2018
Opening Reception June 14, 6-9pm
Borderline Art Collective is excited to announce Disentangle, a solo exhibition by Chicago-based artist Elana Adler. Her work primarily focuses on questions of perception, signaling, and existence, using digital and analog craft techniques to translate abstract concepts of space and time.
"By unraveling the grid to understand how coordinates intersecting on a map can result in a picture or place—which then becomes a pixel of a grander image—Disentangle is an attempt to visualize schematics, the fluidity of mapping, and the perception of location."
